Hello everyone,

We apologize for the delay in this blog. Lots of thing have taken place since Sarah's last blog on Sunday. Everything is still good with Dad and he is doing well, a few "jolts to he left side occasionally which can be fixed when he gets back here to MN.

Which brings us to Mom... We've stated in previous blogs that Mom had a silent stroke back in February that took some of her sight. The good new is that she has gotten back most of the sight that she lost with that stroke. The bad news is the MRI that she had last Friday shows she has had a total of 6 strokes. The Neuro-opthomalogist wanted her to see a cardiologist in AZ. After a few family phone conferences and some quick thinking and planning everyone thought it best to get them back to Minneapolis so that she doesn't have to start with yet anther new doctor. If new medications or a surgery are warrented she will be here where there was more help available for driving and support.

So Sarah and Auntie Carol helped pack them up on Tuesday, Carol took Sarah to the airport in the evening. Mark will fly there this afternoon to help them load everything up and get them on the plane this evening then they all will land late tonight.

Mom has tests scheduled tomorrow with her own Cardiologist and we'll see what the next steps will be on Monday.

Many people have mini or silent strokes all the time and never feel them or are affected by them. Mom's just happened to affect her eyes, so we'll see where this all goes.

Thank you all for your love and support! We're going to be glad to have them back home, if for no other reason to just see them! :)

Stay tuned for updates.

Sue
